Homestay Suites – Hotel near airport in Nashville

My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The location was convenient for day trips, but the atmosphere with smoking guests was off-putting. The service was warm but hit a snag when a staff member became emotional. The 'grab and go' dining was underwhelming, with limited options. Despite some drawbacks, having 2 bathrooms was a plus point, and the staff was engaging overall.

Upon arrival, the room wasn't ready, and it was old. What I had booked turned out to be dirty. However, the service was very pleasant, and the staff took me to the store down the street, although they did not follow through on a request. The location was not as good as hoped, but it was ideal for day trips to various nearby areas. The dining experience offered grab-and-go options like wrapped muffins and coffee with flavored creamer.

Upon arrival, the rooms seemed older and not up to date, and there was an initial odor issue. Eventually, I managed to secure a first-floor room after some persistence. The service had its ups and downs; there was confusion on how to reach the front desk, and attempts were made to persuade us to pay for an upgrade. The location had its perks, providing access to nearby areas for day trips, groceries, and convenience. Despite encountering some minor issues with the dining options, overall, the hotel was clean and well-maintained.
